Janette is one of our experienced Dental Hygienists and Therapists. She qualified from Sheffield University in August 2006 with a distinction and was awarded a prize for professionalism. Demonstrating a strong commitment to further education, she went on to achieve a BSc (Hons) degree in Dental Studies from UCLAN in 2017.
Janette enjoys all aspects of her role, with a particular passion for supporting anxious patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development, most recently completing a composite course with Monik Vasant. In 2021, she also worked as a Clinical Tutor at Sheffield University, sharing her knowledge with future dental professionals.
Alongside her dental work, Janette has a keen interest in facial aesthetics and provides these treatments here at Hatfield Dental Care. Outside of the practice, she enjoys keeping active through running, netball, gym classes, and swimming, and spends much of her time with her teenage son.
