Veneers provide a wafer thin mask to hide discolouration on the teeth and close unsightly gaps with little or no preparation required on the tooth.

Veneers are also placed to restore worn or fractured teeth. Cosmetically veneers are also used to align slightly uneven teeth.

Procedure

1. Pre-treatment photographs, models and wax up (blue print of final restoration).
2. Teeth are prepared and all the registration taken for the laboratory technician to construct veneers. Temporary veneers placed on prepared teeth.
3. Temporary veneers removed and definitive veneers tried in and if the patient is happy then the veneers are cemented in.
